HERES A QUICK CHECKLIST TO GET YOUR HOME 'READY TO SELLL'
 
STRUCTURES - fences/decks/gates in good condition, exterior clean, front door clean, paint touch-ups, windows clean   
 
YARD - ‘junk’ put away, driveway/sidewalks clean, gardens weeded, lawn mowed, toys stored neatly          
              
ENTRANCE - clean and free of clutter 
                                                                                                                 
WINDOWS - clean, open and close easily, screens ok 
                                                                                         
WALLS - clean, paint touch-ups, holes, neutral colours   
                                                                                      
DOORS - open/close easily, clean, need paint             
                                                                                       
FLOORS - clean, carpet stains, wood or laminate repair            
                                                                            
LIGHTING - clean, bulbs working, switches working          
                                                                                     
PET AREAS - odour free, clean                
                                                                                                           
KITCHEN - surfaces sparkling, organized, no clutter, sinks clean, fridge clean, garbage kept out                         
      
CLOSETS - clean and well organized       
                                                                                                         
LIVING ROOM/BEDROOMS - vacuumed, furniture clean, clutter free, shelves organized, valuables removed              
 
BATHROOMS - counters clean, clutter free, tub and shower clean, toilet clean - working properly, sinks clean     
         

BASEMENT/GARAGE - clean, clutter free
