We contacted Jason to list our home after he sold a house on our street. From our initial meeting it was apparent that having him as our realtor was going to be a breath of fresh air for us. We were especially appreciative of his honest, no-pressure approach. We chose the length of our contract, he did not try to force us to sign a contract to purchase (Buyer's Exclusivity contract), all showings were booked around our schedule, and he never tried to get us to lower our asking price. Even though we already had pictures and measurements of our home, Jason chose to have professionals come take photos, measurements and a floor plan. His advertising and marketing strategy were outstanding. Most important to us, a lock-box was not required as Jason personally attended every showing of our home.  After only 25 days on the market, Jason sold our home for better than 98% of our original list price.  Jason's honesty, professionalism, knowledge, experience, negotiating skills and sense of humour made this a truly stress free experience.
